SweetWater Brewing Company was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997 by college roommates, Freddy Bensch and Kevin McNerney. They are now one of the largest craft breweries in the U.S.
Living by the motto “Don’t Float the Mainstream”, Sweetwater are well known for producing award-winning brews including, 420 Extra Pale Ale and many more incredible IPAs.
Heavily inspired by the outdoors, Sweetwater is passionate about protecting natural resources and habitats. By running annual charitable campaigns they support the conservation of some of the nation’s most threatened rivers, streams and coastlines.
