This DIPA hits all the right notes, with a choir of flavours that’ll have you singing its praises. Already placing in the London Brewer’s top ten new beer releases, this beer is a symphony of flavour.

Taking inspiration from the long British brewing tradition and the modern innovations of the United States, Big Organ is brewed with Chevallier Heritage malt, a staple of Victorian brewing, and Citra hops, the superstar that revolutionised modern beer.

Think of Chevallier as the bassline providing depth and richness that echoes through every sip. Then, we turn up the volume with a quadruple dose of Citra, bringing in a chorus of bright grapefruit, orange pith and tropical flavours from across the pond. Big organ is sure to shake the rafters!
